Printemps Doha continuously strive to ensure to provide all our customers with exceptional service and experience.


DELIVERY

  • We provide free delivery within QATAR on for all Printemps Doha orders 
  • Upon confirmation of your order we will schedule the delivery within the next 2 working days. We will reach out to you in advance to confirm the date & time to action the delivery.
  • Please ensure either you or your representatives are available at the delivery location to accept the order.
  • We urge you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Upon signing the delivery document by you or any of your representatives, the goods will be considered satisfactorily received by you as per the order. 


    CLICK & COLLECT: This delivery service allows the order to be delivered to the Printemps shop when the order is placed. 

 

 

  • Once the order has arrived at the Click and Collect, we will notify you by a call and or email.
  • The order is available in the Click & Collect area of the Printemps Doha shop for 14 days.
  • The pick-up of the order is possible during the opening days and hours of the shop (ground floor, Jewellery main entrance)

Opening hours (when the store will be open)

         Saturday to Wednesday:       10 am – 10 pm

         Thursday :                                10 am – 12 am

         Friday :                                      1 pm – 12 am


BOOK TO SEE : Private Boutique

  • If you have opted to view the product in person before deciding on a purchase, the transactions will be conducted in person.
  • Book to See does not involve reserving the product for you. Hence we may not always guarantee the availability of the product for viewing.
  • Upon receiving a book to see request our team will review availabilities and accordingly reach out to you to schedule the viewing.
  • If you are satisfied with the product after viewing, you can purchase the product at the same time.
  • Once the product is viewed and not purchased, it cannot be reserved until a later date of purchase. The product will restocked and made available for purchase online.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 


RETURNS 

While we strive hard to satisfy your requirements, there are times when you may have a change of mind. We respect that and are here to support in the best possible way. To ensure we are able to operate efficiently as a business to continue to serve our patrons. we have laid out the following terms. 

  • Orders once placed, can be cancelled by contacting us within 24hrs of placing them.
  • Orders that have been processed and are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • in the same original condition that you received it, 
  • unused, 
  • products must have all tags unremoved,
  • Items must be still having impeccable original packaging. 
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Beauty : unopened and unused in their original sealed packaging 
  • Accessories, handbags & Footwear : original branded boxes and dust bags (whenever provided by the designer/brand)


In case the product does not suit your expectations, and if the return is accepted, We will schedule with you an appointment to collect the product. 

      You can return directly the product in Printemps Doha store.

EXCHANGES

  • Printemps Doha provides exchange within 14 days of purchase.
  • Printemps Doha provides exchange only within 3 days of purchase of products subjects to discounts or promotions.

EXCHANGES PRIVATE BOUTIQUE:

  • Exchanges cannot be guaranteed on the Private Boutique due to the small number of pieces


REFUNDS

  1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 
  2. Please remember Printemps Doha provides refund within 7 days of purchase
  3. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  4. Refunds will be provided in the same payment method used to complete the original payment.
  5. The terms of Refund and exchanges do not cover any defects, partial or total damage to the product resulting from the customer’s misuse and/or negligence

Non returnable items:

  • Food items, Jewellery, Swimwear, Lingerie, Underwear, Socks, Hosiery, Cosmetics and skincare.


In case the product does not suit your expectations, and if the return is accepted, we will schedule with you an appointment to collect the product.


SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS

  • Certain types of items and/or orders cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, gift cards or any international orders.
  • We unfortunately cannot refund any advance payment made towards a Special Order if you decide to cancel it once it is in production.
  • Orders that remain unclaimed by you for 4 weeks continuously from the time of confirming the delivery schedule, will no longer be eligible for a refund.
